Introduction

Protected silver offers high reflectance throughout the visible and near infrared spectra with excellent durability. A proprietary overcoat and edge seal prevent the silver from rapidly oxidizing and deteriorating. Protected silver has higher reflectance than aluminum throughout the visible and near-infrared spectra.
