BGO crystals having a cubic structure colorless transparent crystal it is not deliquescent. The main emission wavelength is 480nm close to NaI(Tl) crystal’s emission wavelength. BGO crystal has no special requirements of photomultiplier tubes and complex electronic circuits. BGO size of the detector can be reduced to 60％ in the same detector efficiency. BGO crystals used to X-ray tomography CT industrial due to the high absorption coefficient low afterglow. Currently BGO crystals are preferred PET scintillation crystal. We can produce cylinder and rectangular shape BGO crystal and can provide different shapes crystal as customs required.
