Introduction

Dielectric cube beamsplitters consist of two right angle prisms. One of them is coated with dielectric multilayer partial reflection coating on the hypotenuse face. Beamsplitter divides input beam to reflectance and transmittance in 50%:50%.Four surfaces of the cube are coated with multilayer antireflection coatings. For cube beamsplitters unlike plate beamsplitters beam deviations at transmission and ghosts rarely occur.
